The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja is about to deliver judgment in the appeal brought before it by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its governorship candidate, Olusola Kolapo in Ekiti State, challenging the January judgement of the Ekiti State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, which upheld the election victory Kayode Fayemi of the All Progressive Congress (APC) as the Ekiti State governor.

The Appeal court had slated 6 pm today to deliver judgment in the appeal, but the Judges are yet to commence sitting, even as litigants and their counsel are already seated in court.
