Court vacates order stopping APC convention from holding on March 26

An FCT High court has vacated an order stopping the national convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from taking place on March 26.

Justice Bello Kwu, while giving his judgment on Friday, said a political party cannot be sued by a member of the party.

With this judgment, the coast is now clear for the political party to hold its scheduled convention at the Eagle Square on March 26.
