Benue killings: 2Baba visits home, charges IGP to stop killing

Published by

In his effort to identify with his troubled country home, Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has not only joined other celebrities to condemn the recent Fulani herdsmen killings in Benue State, but has also rushed to the state to sympathise with Governor Samuel Ortom and the people of the state.

The musician, who is fast-becoming an activist, following his One Nigeria campaign against the government, which was forcefully stalled as a result of the effect it generated even before the due date, visited the state over the massacre.

2Baba, who paid a condolence visit to Governor Ortom, last Wednesday, expressed his displeasure over the incident, just as he consoled the families of the deceased.

In the same vein, 2Baba also paid a visit to the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, urging the IGP to help stop the killings.
