Beautiful Nubia adopts new method

In his quest to take advantage of trend of the new technology and also to create a platform for his fans to have access to his works without stress, Segun Akinlolu, popularly known as Beautiful Nubia, has adopted a new method to spread his musical works to the public.

The folktale musician has introduced an additional means in getting his music across to fans through a new device form, a branded USB sticks which contains over 200 songs of the musician.

According to Nubia, the initiative was part of his effort to answer the demands of some of his fans and also follow the direction of the trend of the innovation of new technology.

“I think the development is currently achieving its purpose because it will not hinder the steady form of producing songs, the CDs and cassette. Don’t let us forget that some people still use cassette. But we need to introduce new medium such as this. Most cars and home appliances today now have USB port and it is easier to operate.  It will rather enhance the regular mediums and not displace them,” he said.

Nubia, who is currently on a school tour within and outside the country, also told R that plans are ongoing to hold this year’s EmuFest in a big way.
