BBNaija S9: Wanni, Onyeka reconcile after messy fight

In a surprising turn of events, Big Brother Naija season 9 contestants Wanni and Onyeka have reconciled after a messy fight earlier in the week.

The argument started when Onyeka accused Wanni of gossiping about her behind her back, leading to a heated exchange of words.

Wanni apologised to Onyeka for her part in the altercation, specifically for using a derogatory term.

Wanni explained that she is working on controlling her emotions and promised to communicate more effectively in the future.

She said, “I got very mad, that was why I used ‘B’ word and because I consider us friends. And when my friends do something to me, I get very emotional.

“From the start, I shouldn’t have come at you like that. You were mad and you had every right to say what you said. I should have explained to you. When I came back to call you ‘B’ word, I’m very sorry about that.

“I’m still working on controlling my emotions. And by God’s grace I will achieve it. I shouldn’t have called you the ‘B’ word. I shouldn’t have spoken to you the way I responded to you at the table. This week has been weird and I felt it. Moving forward, maybe we will spend time with you guys and you guys will understand me more. I’m very very peaceful. Extremely peaceful. Trust me, Onyeka, if I have something to say to you, I will say it in your front. I don’t go behind people to say something. I’m not like that.”

Onyeka accepted the apology, and the two have agreed to move forward.
