Few days after Big brother Naija housemate, Ekemini Ekerette, aka Kemen was disqualified from the Big Brother Show for gropping his fellow housemate, Tboss, while she was asleep, big brother fans took to social media to air their views on the issue.
A twitter user @adebukky wrote, this is a good thing for the organisers of the show to do, it shows that they listen to us and respect the rights of the average Nigerian and the female folk.
Another user @victorobong wrote “ please, if you see nothing wrong with what the young man did, you need to get some orientation, it is wrong.
It would be recalled that Kemen had been given some warnings by big brother while in the house and was involved in last week’s conspiracy against some housemates, a development which led to the cancellation of last week’s nominations by the housemates. and was indeed up for eviction, but eventually got disqualified from the House.
Meanwhile, Uriel’s hope of winning the coveted prize of N25 million and an SUV was finally dashed after securing the least number of votes from her fans in the on-going Big Brother Naija. In the same vein, Kemen, in what can be described as unprecedented was also disqualified from the show, a few hours before the eviction show owing to his breaking one of the house rules.
This however excludes Bisola, Bally and ThinTallTony who were all immune from possible eviction. Kemen’s disqualification this Sunday came as a shock to his fans who expected the highest standards of behaviour from the indicted housemate. It was an unfortunate end for Kemenas his conduct flouted one of Big Brother’s very important house rules. Kemen becomes the first housemate to be disqualified from the BBN.
In yet another twist, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced that there won’t be an eviction next Sunday. However, Efe led in the popularity test, followed by TBoss, Marvis, Bassey, Debbie-Rise, Uriel, and Kemen.
