Bauchi APC condoles victims of Jos attack, congratulates Oshiomhole

BAUCHI State chapter of the ruling All Progressives Congress ( APC) has condoled all families that lost their loved ones in the last weekend attack in Plateau state condemning the heinous criminal act and called for full-scale investigations to arrest the perpetrators.

In the same vein, the party congratulates former Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole over his emergence as the National Chairman of the party during the last Saturday National Convention of the party held in Abuja.

The party in a statement signed and issued by its Chairman, Uba Ahmed Nana states that ‎it felicitates with the new chairman of the party and other executive members of the party on their victory.

The APC states further, “We equally felicitate‎ with all delegates and members of the party who attended the convention on our collective success. We sincerely appreciate them all and express our gratitude to Allah for returning us back to our various destinations in safety and journey mercies.”

The party also stated it’s heartfelt condolences to the families of members of the party including the APC Chairman of Boi Ward in Bogoro local government area of the state, Late Baba Phillip Iliya and other victims who were attacked and killed at Riyom on their way back to Bauchi just as it also commiserated with families that lost their relations in Barkin Ladi and Jos South local government areas ‎on Sunday, June 24th, 2018.

It states, “In the same vein, we sympathise with all those affected by the said attack in one way ‎or the other. We pray for Allah’s protection and quick recovery from all losses suffered as a result of the attacks.”

The party called on people to remain calm and maintain peace in their respective domains as well as pray for stability, progress of the nation and success of the APC led government at the levels of the Federation.

“We finally call on the Plateau State Government to identify, arrest and prosecute the killers along with their collaborators,” the APC urged.
