After almost 12 months of inactivity regarding entertainment in Benue State, the state known as the food basket of the nation is about to flip the coin and play host to top comedians in an entertainment event, tagged: ‘Christmas Live in Benue’ which is taking place at The Dream Center in the state capital, Makurdi.
‘Christmas Live in Benue’, is an end of the year music and comedy event organized by Dream Center, led by popular entrepreneur and media personality, Love Idoko. The event which will hold on Tuesday December 27, 2016 will star top comedians and musicians such as Gordons, I Go Dye, Osama, Adilarings, MC Fresh Boi and a host of others promises to be exciting.
A Benue state indigene who spoke on condition of anonymity reminisces that Benue state has witnessed impressive entertainment events in past years where the likes of Basketmouth, 2face, Gordons, Banky W, Desmond Elliot , Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Jackie Appiah, and a couple of other stars attended.
“I am happy that this is happening in my state again after almost 12 months of silence concerning entertainment. The event which is planned by The Dream Center intends to bring love and laughter to everyone and we are going to achieve this with credible comical content by top comedians on that day”.
The organizers of the event said “aside from the fact that it is a star-studded comedy event. “Christmas Live in Benue” is going to be a comedy show with 100 percent originality on jokes delivery and we can assure you that you will be dragged from laughter to tears. You don’t want to miss this event.”
