Baba Aladura, Prophet Alogbo, outlines 3-point agenda for C&S Church

The newly installed Spiritual Father and Chairman, Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, His Grace, Prophet, Dr. Emmanuel Abiodun Alogbo has rolled out his plans to turn the Church Headquarters into a mega city that will meet the expectations and desires of members worldwide.

He has also promised to lift the spiritual lives of all members from the present standard to think much more of making heaven than being involved in world affairs.

Prophet Alogbo who stated this at Galilee Land, Orile Igbon, Oyo State headquarters of the Church in his maiden interaction with members of the Church Media Advisory Committee led by its Chairman, Special Apostle Oloruntoba Oke said his close working relationship with the past Spiritual Fathers and other elders across the country has prepared him for the spiritual assignments ahead.

According to him, “I did not fight neither did I lobby for the seat but Almighty God has found me worthy to lead the Church and I know that he will not abandon me in the onerous task.

“Similarly, I cannot do it alone and that is why all members of this fold-male and female, old and young should rally round me to lift the Church into an enviable standard,” he remarked.

Baba Alogbo identified three cardinal programmes that would receive his immediate attention and they are construction of an ultra-modern Medical Centre to cater not only for the Church members but for all communities around Galilee land.

Secondly, he said the roads in the Megacity would be given facelift and tarred to ease movement in and around Galilee Land and to guide against airborne diseases.

“Simple hygiene has taught us that most diseases especially airborne are easily contracted through dust and that is why the road network in the mega city has to be given immediate attention not only for smooth movement but also to guide against avoidable diseases,” he declared.

Prophet Alogbo also promised to float TV/Radio stations in its drive to propagate the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ within the members and to the outside world.

The Spiritual Father then called for the support of all members worldwide to join hands with him to succeed in his new assignment.

Turning to Politicians, he admonished them to embrace Honesty, truthfulness and not to run after money but to make the welfare of the people their cardinal focus.

According to him, “truthfulness exalts a Nation and that is why leaders in all the three tiers of government- Presidency, State and Local government should be truthful and look after the security and general welfare of their followers.

The Chairman, Media Advisory Committee of the Conference, Special Apostle Oloruntoba Oke congratulated the new Spiritual Father on his successful installation as the sixth Leader of the Church and assured him of the readiness of the Committee members to work hand in hand with him towards achieving his aims and objectives, especially in propagating the image of the Church positively to the world.
