Weeks back, the social media went frenzy, following a series of posts emanating from the Twitter handle of music star, 2face Idibia, asking his wife, Annie Idibia to forgive for hurting her.
Instantly, reactions flooded 2face’s posts with many asking the singer what was going on in his marriage, but 2face did not respond to the questions.
Days gone by and no one could tell what was really happening to the marriage of one of the most celebrated couple in the entertainment industry. When words were not forthcoming from neither 2face nor Annie, words started flying around that a break-up was imminent.
2face would later clear the air on the rumour saying people were always excited about bad news and wanted to know more than they should.
Those who should know had informed R that there was more to the gist than meets the eye and the industry suddenly went to sleep again.
A few days ago, at the Lord’s Dry Gin in collaboration with Trace Live event, Annie was on ground and did not look ruffed by the news of her marriage being threatened. At the event where music lovers were treated to an amazing experience at Terra Kulture, Annie was bubbling with life as she partied and smiled infectiously.
She would not entertain questions but from the look on her face, the mother of two was enjoying the night and did not show any sign of bitterness.
Also at the event was popular hip hop singer, Orezi and many other celebrities.
