At Bayo Adelabu’s send forth party

It was a night of accolades and honour a few days ago, when the Central Bank of Nigeria held a send forth party for Ibadan top politician, Bayo Adelabu in Abuja.

The event, which took place at the Chelsea Hotel was a ground where the many records and accomplishments of the young man, who held the position as the deputy-governor, Operations at the apex bank before his resignation to pursue his interest in politics, were read to the delight of those present.

Bayo Adelabu, obviously savouring the fine moment, made an electrifying speech in which he thanked the people that contributed to the success of his banking career, while also hinting that he was on another assignment towards a greater goal for his people and the country.

The likes of CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, Obafoluke Otudeko, Aisha Ahmad, Yomi Sonubi, Okwu Joseph Nnana, Oloye Lekan Alabi, Bisi Onasanya, Chief Yemi Soladoye, Yomi Salami and a strong representative of the All Progressives Congress (APC) members from Oyo State witnessed the ceremony.

Bayo Adelabu is a leading contender for the Oyo State governorship position in 2019.
