Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State has said the ongoing House of Assembly election, from the information he received across the three senatorial zones, is peaceful and that he is confident that his party, the All Progressives Grand Alliance, will win the 30 constituencies in a landslide.

Obiano, who was reelected in November 2017 governorship election, said this on Saturday shortly after casting his vote at about 10:54 am along with his wife, Chief Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano at Eri unit 004 Atocha in Anambra East local government area.

He said, “I am very confident that at the end of the day, the party will win this election by a landslide.”
Obiano explained that the card reader is functioning well.
He then urged the electorate to wait after casting their votes to avoid misinformation
