Published by

The Minister of Special duties and Intergovernmental Affairs has embarked on  his maiden tour of agencies and departments under his Ministry to familiarize himself with the Management and Staff of the  Ministry,  a lot is expected from these visits. He is expected to use these visits to know the present state of affairs in  the agencies and departments during the tour. This is because the Ministry which is regarded  as one of the special Ministries created and domiciled in the Presidency to carry out such special duties and projects that are dear to the heart of the President to satisfy the yearnings of the citizens and Germane to the success of the present administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu renewed Hope administration needs to start running from day one.

By his appointment which is surely a special call to add value to the life of all the citizens and provide a new beginning for the Ministry of special duties and intergovernmental affairs, Honorable Zaphaniah Jisalo who is a former chairman of the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) and a two term member of the Federal house of representative is expected to see for himself the problems, and factors militating against the smooth implementation of government programs and policies in time past and proffer a pragmatic and systematic ways of solving them after the visits. He is expected also to after the familiarization tour introduce a new set of innovative ways of implementing government projects under his Ministry especially the quick fix projects directed to it by the President to satisfy the yearnings of Nigerians.

The Minister must be commended for immediately embarking on this visits which is regarded by all as a step in the right direction and an impetus needed to raise the morals of the staffs and management of such agencies and department  under his Ministry by availing him with a face  to face first hand information of the going on in the Ministry for immediate action. The staff expect a lot from him and so also the citizens of the country  so it is true to say that a lot of expectations are on his shoulders which he must immediately find a way to satisfy. This visit is the added fillip he needed to see things for himself.

Hon. Zaphaniah Jisalo, the Minister of special duties  and intergovernmental affairs  during the tour visited the National lottery trust fund, the National lottery regulatory agency, the National merit award (NMA) and any other department  under his Ministry. At the end of this tour the road to the introduction of his results oriented programs, projects and innovative policies would have been achieved for the common good  of all Nigerians who expect this time around no excuse for failure.
