An applicant, Orduen Iorpwu, on Thursday appeared in a Karmo Grade I Area Court, Abuja, after a shop was vandalised.
The police charged Iorpwu, who resides in Kpana village, Abuja, with two counts of conspiracy and incitement.
The prosecutor, Ijeoma Ukagha, told the court that the complainant, Chinwendu Ocheke of Kpana Village, Abuja, reported the matter at the Utako Police Station on Nov. 5.

Ukagha alleged that the defendant and six others, at large, armed with dangerous weapons, attacked the complainant in his shop in Kpana village.
She alleged that the defendant and his accomplices, stole the complainant’s car stereo, handset and wristwatch.
Ukagha said the offence contravened the provisions of sections 79 and 288 of the Penal Code.
The judge, Alhaji Inuwa Maiwada, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N100, 000Â with one surety in like sum.
Maiwada ordered that the surety must have valid means of identification and adjourned the case until Nov. 26, for hearing.
