Appeal court
The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division has reserved judgment in the two appeals brought before it by Zain Nigeria Ltd (now Airtel) and National Universities Commission (NUC) challenging the award of N703 million to a TV Xtra Production as damages for infringing on its copyright.
“I find that the case of the plaintiff succeeds on the merit. I make an order entering judgement on the terms of the claims,” he said.
