APGA will transform Nigeria ―Oye

Published by

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Chief Victor Oye says the party is determined to address the numerous challenges facing the Nigerian-Nation.

He stated this during the inauguration of the party’s Presidential campaign for the 2019 general elections at the Dr Alex Ekwueme square in Awka, the Anambra state capital.

He said that the party’s agenda is to transform the nation’s economy, as it is committed to replicating the good governance being enjoyed by the people of Anambra in other States of the federation.

On his part, the Member representing Anambra Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Chief Victor Umeh, called on APGA leadership to device more means of reconciling the aggrieved members to enable the party to conquer and achieve its goals and aspirations during the forthcoming general elections.

In an address, the National Secretary of the party, Mr Labaran Maku cautioned candidates for next year’s general elections under the party’s platform against hate speech.

Also speaking, the Member Representing Ihiala Constituency One in the State House of Assembly, Mr Chidi Udemmadu, and APGA flag bearer for Nkwere-Isu-Nwangili, Njiaba federal Constituency in Imo State, Mr Emmanuel Obasi, described the party as the future and hope of Nigeria.

For the house of Representative candidate for Anambra East/West Federal Constituency under the party platform, Chief Chinedu Obidigwe, Igbos should continue to maximally support APGA and endeavour to rally round it in the next year’s general elections as it remains the only platform through which they will take their rightful position in the nation’s polity.
