The All Progressives Congress (APC) has rejected the ruling of the Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa nullifying the candidature of its candidate in Saturday poll.
The party, at an ongoing press conference, said it had appealed the ruling as well as applied for a stay of execution.
The party urged the electorate to come out enmass to vote for its candidate on Saturday as the name of its candidate remain in the ballot.
Director-General of APC campaign organisation, Professor Brisibe Seifa led the ongoing press conference.
