All Progressive Congress (APC) has denied insinuations that a former member of the House of Representatives from Bauchi state has been endorsed as the new National Secretary of the party.
According to the Chairman the Chairmen Forum, Hon Ali Bukar Dalori while speaking with newsmen refuted the publication, describing it as false stories intended only to rubbish the progress of the party at the National level.

He said that the ruling party has not yet decided on the credible candidate to replace the former APC National Secretary, Mai Mala Buni who relinquished the position to contest and won the office of the Governor of Yobe state describing the publication as “fictitious and baseless report that emanated from desperate candidates just trying to cause dispute with in the party”.
Ali Bukar Dalori further pointed out that there was never a time the party stalwarts or executives met and decide on any particular candidate to become the National Secretary of the party since the exit of Mala Buni, talkless on picking any ex Lawmaker to become the next party scribe.

The Chairman of the APC States Chairmen Forum then assured the party followers across the country to await the decision of the party that is going to be in the best interest of the party and Nigeria as a whole.
