APC Chieftain, Abass, killed during Osun scuffle buried in hometown

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Osun State, Remi Abass who was killed during Monday’s scuffles clash in Ikire had been buried.

The deceased was buried in his home town on Tuesday evening amidst wailing, sobbing and mourning from the community members who wept uncontrollably to mourn the departed soul.

Late Abass who was buried according to Islamic rite in the community, was described by his political associates including party leaders as a political hero whose contributions to the party’s growth will remain un-erazed. 

Racall that, the deceased, who was an APC Chieftain lost his life at the Irewole local government secretariat on Monday while trying to take possession of the council after the appeal court Judgement on the sacked local government chairmen in the state.
