
Ogah, who made the bold challenge against the government’s directive under the leadership of Engr David Nweze Umahi advised the leaders to adhere to the rule of law stressing that he would not be intimidated or harassed by illegal strategy of the ruling party in the state.
He then urged all APC candidates to paste their posters to enable them to ascertain the seriousness on the ban.
“The ban of posters in the state is just an announcement orchestrated by unauthorised individuals ,there is no how the state government will ban billboard when its officials are doing their own posters and billboard, so if anybody tear my own, I will report the person to the security agencies, though for now non of my own has been tampered with.”

If anyone wants to act in accordance with the announcement, he should be able to read the constitution of Nigeria as to know that everyone has equal right to campaign.
Hence,I believe that the governor knows the law and for that there is no how he will instruct somebody not to paste his or her posters.”
Speaking on the death trap of  Ikwo road, comrade Ogah said when elected, he will attract the federal government to construct on all the federal road as he vowed never to be part of the sit down they look representatives at the National Assembly.
“There is no how I will do the ikwo road alone, but notwithstanding I have been striving at my own capacity to make the road motorable.
If I become elected, I will then have more contributions by ensuring that i attract other things. To construct that road will cost over 10 billion naira and I don’t have such money but if I have it I will do it,” he said.
Meanwhile comrade Ogah further blasts Hon Lazarus Ogbee the People’s Democratic party candidate and the sitting representative of Ikwo/Ezza South constituency for his incompetent, inability to attract NEMA or SEMA to all  the crises area in his constituency since he assumed office.
He then called on the electorates, to elect candidates that will attract amenities, empowerment, Â job opportunities for the youths, move motions that will benefit his people effectively.
“The man representing Ikwo/Ezza South federal constituency has never attracted any single project, neither has he stand at the chamber to move any motion.
There are crisis everywhere in his constituency but he has never move a motion requesting the  NEMA or SEMA to do anything for the state government or to do anything for his constituency, so such People are not representing us very well,” he said.
He then charge Ebonyians to stand on the truth and vote for the right candidates, someone that will attract social amenities and dividend of democracy in the state.
Recall that the state government through the Special Assistant to Governor Umahi on capital territory board Hon Stanley Okoro Emegha, ban posters in the capital city which he claimed that it became necessary as to maintained the beautiful sight of the state capital.
