Ansar Ud-Deen begins 3-day congress today in Jos

THE Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria will hold its northern states congress between today and Sunday in Jos, Plateau State.

The chairman of the planning committee, Alhaji Musa Sambo, disclosed that more than 700 delegates are expected to attend the congress where new officers will be elected and merit awards presented to deserving members.

Alhaji Sambo said the Gbong Gwom Jos, Da Jacob Gyang Buba, will be the royal father at the event where Professor M. T. Yahya will speak on the “The Global Effects of Corruption and Insecurity on Islam.”
