Amofin Beulah Adeoye joins PDP ahead of 2027

Amofin Beulah Adeoye officially joined the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on Monday in Itesiwaju Local Government Area of Oyo State.

The legal icon, Amofin Adeoye, was warmly received by party leaders and members at the party’s secretariat in Otu, Itesiwaju Local Government Area.

Amofin Beulah Adeoye, who hails from Gbenagbena Compound in Ipapo, was handed over to the Party Chairman and other leaders in the LG by the Ward 3 Chairman, Hon. Ogundokun Owolabi.

The Party Chairman in Itesiwaju LG, Hon. Ganiyu Owolabi, described Amofin Adeoye as a true son of the soil. Hon. Ganiyu recounted how Amofin Adeoye had met with party leaders, local executives, ward leaders, and critical stakeholders in Itesiwaju Local Government Area.

Hon. Ganiyu blessed Amofin Adeoye’s gubernatorial ambition and assured him of maximum support from all quarters in Itesiwaju Local Government Area.

Hon. Ganiyu emphasized that party supremacy is key, stating that all necessary actions have been taken in alignment with the party’s objectives.

He urged party members and residents of Itesiwaju LG and Oyo State as a whole to pray for Amofin Adeoye in realizing his political ambition.

The formal presentation of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) party card was made to Amofin Adeoye by the Party Chairman and other leaders as a symbol of his membership.

In his remarks, Hon. Akinleye Taiwo expressed his happiness, saying, “I am one of the happiest people today because no one believed a gubernatorial aspirant could come from Itesiwaju Local Government Area. This is our project, and all of us must support him. I pray that God continues to guide him in realizing his ambition. Amofin Beulah Adeoye comes from a humble and transparent background, where hard work is valued. I urge you to continue consultations with relevant stakeholders.”

Also speaking, Hon. Idowu Azeez, former Executive Chairman of Itesiwaju LG, recalled his experiences with Amofin Adeoye’s father, who treated him well and offered necessary assistance while he was at the University of Ibadan. He also shared how Amofin Adeoye’s uncle, Mr. Niyi Adeoye, played a key role in his past chairmanship ambition. Hon. Azeez recommended Amofin Adeoye to anyone seeking genuine development for Oyo State.

Amofin Beulah Adeoye, in his remarks, described his ambition as God’s project. He assured everyone that he would not abandon it and called for their support.

“I am happy to inform you that Governor Seyi Makinde is aware of my visit to Itesiwaju Local Government Area. Let me tell you, it’s not a one-man job. We need collective responsibility to achieve this,” he said.

Amofin Adeoye donated two million naira (N2 million), 200 bags of rice, 24 dozen chairs, and 10 public address systems to Itesiwaju LG, which comprises 10 wards.

Hon. Ogundoke Dele Hassan acknowledged the gesture extended by Amofin Adeoye to the people of Oke-Ogun in general.

The Party Chairman, Hon. Ganiyu, expressed gratitude to Amofin Adeoye and his team on behalf of the PDP Itesiwaju Local Government Area.
