1. Courtesy calls on the Onojie of Ekpoma, Professor Ambrose Alli family and management of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.

2. Guided tour of University facilities.
3. Executive Council meeting.

Saturday October 27, 2018:

1. Opening ceremony
2. AGM
3. Election

Sunday October 28, 2018:

1. Thanksgiving service at Church of the Resurrection, Anglican Communion, Emaudo- Ekpoma.
2. Departure.
