Akwa Ibom govt adopts tupocracy as governance model

Akwa Ibom State under the leadership of Governor Udo Emmanuel has adopted the newly propounded system of Govermmennt Tupocracy as the system that will run the state.

This is contained in a letter of commendation sent to Dr. Godwin Akpan Amaowoh on the 5th of July, 2021 from Akwa Ibom State Government; they invited him to come and teach the system to the government and how they can apply it to Akwa Ibom State.

This is a major breakthrough since the political doctrine was first propounded by Dr. Godwin Akpan Amaowoh, a renowned Nigerian Scholar and also a Clergy man.

He had proposed that Tupocracy should be adopted in every leadership structure of the society in his PhD Dissertation. History has it that he got distinction based on deep research and his neoclassical discovery.

Tupocracy is Leadership by example and it is a very powerful principle that can have a positive impact on society and governance.

When leaders lead by example, they set a standard of behavior that others can look up to and emulate. It creates a culture of accountability, transparency, and integrity.

By adopting leadership by example in Akwa Ibom State, it means that the leaders are committed to demonstrating the qualities they expect from others.
