Akin Alabi made this known via his Twitter handle @akinalabi on Sunday, August 6, 2023. After his visit to the Oremeji area of Ibadan, he then visited the Sawmill area.

 

”After I left Oremeji, I went to Sawmill, Old Ife Road, to discuss their power issue with the residents”.

 

Akin promised that light would be restored to the area in a few days.

 

”Thankfully, I was able to sort the matter. Just a few logistics here and there remaining. In the next few days, there will be light in Sawmill.”
