Telecommunications services provider, Airtel Nigeria, has announced the appointment of three marketing communications consulting agencies, Insight Publicis, The Hook and Algorithm Media,  to drive its brand communications, in collaboration with its internal team,  as from July 1, this year.

While the Insight Publicis and The Hook will serve as the company’s advertising agencies,  Algorithm Media will be in charge of its  media strategy, planning and buying as well as digital marketing.    MediaTrak Limited still retains its media monitoring duties for the company.

The  Director, Corporate Communications and CSR, Femi Adeniran, in a letter, explained that the appointments of these agencies has become imperative to drive the brand’s communications, for greater efficiency.

He added that the choice of the agencies was arrived at, after a rigorous pitch process, which also saw other top agencies on the nation’s marketing communications vying for the highly lucrative jobs.
