Adewole congratulates Oyetola

Published by
The immediate past Minister of Health, Prof. Isaac Adewole has congratulated the governor of the state of Osun, Gboyega Oyetola on his victory at the supreme court.
Adewole, a seasoned academic administrator turned politician in a press release  personally signed by him, expressed gratitude to Almighty God for what he described as a deserving triumph, adding that “it connotes the expression of the overwhelming majority of the democratic franchise freely given to the governor on September 22 and 27, 2018 by the Osun electorates.
“The highest court of the land has once again reserved the confidence of the common man in our judicial system, as the processes validating the election of Osun was filtered to have passed the test of integrity, this is commendable and shows that our democracy is ripe,” he stated.
The Ilesa born politician eulogised the pragmatic leadership style of the governor, stating that, “you have stirred the ship of the state with good intention in the last seven months, we have seen remarkable progress, creative initiatives to bring development and a shift into participatory governance, i can only admonish you to do more, remain focus as the future is brighter than imagined.”
