The Minister of Power, Bayo Adelabu and the management team of the University College Hospital, Ibadan led by the Chief Medical Director, Prof. Jesse Otegbayo and the management team of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) have kick-started a meeting to resolve a 5-month old power outage at the institution.
Adebayo arrived at the hospital premises at 10;50am and was received by the CMD and his management.
The meeting, as earlier reported is aimed at proffering lasting solutions to the crisis which has resulted in the loss of revenue.
Also, it has affected the learning activity at the College of Medicine arm of the University of Ibadan.
The meeting among other things would resolve the mode of payment of the accumulated energy debt by the hospital.
