Again: Adekunle Gold names Simi as Orente muse

Controversial YBNL signee, Adekunle Kosoko, popularly known as Adekunle Gold, who has been in the news mostly for his romantic connections with songstress, Simisola Ogunleye, simply known as Simi, during the week, disclosed the inspiration for his multiple award-winning hit, Orente.

The controversial singer hinted that he wrote the song, Orente, for Simi.

A fan directed a question at Simi on Twitter on Wednesday morning, asking if she inspired Adekunle Gold’s hit track, “Orente”, and Adekunle himself replied, stating that he, in fact, wrote the song for her.

His tweet: “I wrote it for her”.

Simi, who has been involved in a controversial relationship cum publicity stunt with two musical bigwigs namely Falz, the Bahd Guy and Adekunle Gold, has benefitted most from this seemingly unending love triangle.

It will be recalled that two months ago Simi was in the news for being pregnant. The father of the child was unknown. When asked by a fan on social media, Falz jokingly took responsibility of the pregnancy which later turn out to be a hoax, at least, as Simi released a new single with no belly bumps.

We hope that the three singers find a common ground to enable their fans distinguish between media pranks and reality easily.
