Access Bank to reward 15,768 customers with N200m in Diamondxtra session 16

For the 16th session of the DiamondXtra promo, no fewer than 15,768 customers will win N200 million in transparent draws across the country.

Access Bank, as part of its effort aimed at transforming the lives of Nigerians as well as encouraging savings culture across the country, is set to give out N200 million with a star prize of 3 brand-new SUVs for three lucky DiamondXtra customers, each drawn from the quarterly draw.

For Session 16, the categories are: A Star Prize of 3 brand-new SUVs for 3 lucky DiamondXtra customers; Monthly draws; Loyalty Rewards; Regional draws; Onsite draws; Free Digital Marketing Training; and Digital Cluster draws.

At the Onsite Draws on Tuesday at the Alaba International Market, Lagos, 48 winners emerged, with 40 N20,000 cash prize winners, five N50,000 winners, two N100,000 winners, and a star cash prize winner of N200,000. These winners were credited immediately after the draw was concluded.

DiamondXtra Savings Promo now has 2.4 million customers, as over 26,896 customers have been rewarded with more than N6.51 billion since its inception.

Speaking to the press, Bolarinwa Animashaun, Regional Sales Director, Access Bank, noted that over the past 15 years, through the DiamondXtra promo, the bank has been able to ensure customer loyalty, reward committed customers over time, and show that the bank is ready to empower people and partner with people.

He added that the bank has embraced digital transformation and growth, so 10,000 of the winners will be digitally rewarded.

DiamondXtra is an interest-yielding hybrid account that is opened with a minimum of N5,000 and allows deposits of both cash and third-party checks not exceeding N2 million. Hybrid means a combination of both savings and current account features.

Launched in July 2008, the DiamondXtra reward scheme is aimed at encouraging active savings and rewarding loyal Access Bank customers.
