Acapella’s My Mic and I lures celebrities

While it was  a One Man, One Mic, One Stage event with comedian Acapella, the Shell Hall Muson Centre Onikan Lagos brimmed with celebrities.

It was  a night of glitz and glamour, a night to remember as one man took everybody by storm with his ever first comedy show outside the church.

Acapella , who is kown for his annual comedy show dubbed,  “Acapella Comedy Goes To Church”, showed  a different dimension of his craft. The event hall was filled as fans of the Abia-born comedian, were gathered in their thousands.

Clad in an all white ensemble with a gold crested microphone, Acapella mounted the stage and got the crowd laughing and rolling for one straight hour non stop.

The event had the presence of great personalities from all the spheres of the entertainment industry. In attendance were celebrities such as Chinedu Ikedieze, popularly known as Aki, Julius Agwu, Julieth Ibrahim and her man, Ice Berg Slim, Funny Bone, Pencil,  Akpororo, Pastor Goody Goody etc. Music was by former Five Star act, now AlterPlate Music label boss Harrysong, and other top Nigerian music stars and Djs.

The host of the night was, Okey Bakassi and OAP Ore, better known as Oreginal of  Lagos Talk fm, while the event was packaged by Purple Roof entertainment.
