In a grand and prestigious ceremony, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, the Golden Grand Patron of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) National, recently hosted a warm reception in honuor of the newly appointed Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Olanrewaju Ogunlowo, PhD.
The event held on February 27, 2025, at his residence, brought together top law enforcement officials, esteemed royal fathers, community leaders, and distinguished dignitaries from various sectors.
The gathering reinforced the importance of community policing and the need for collaboration between security agencies and the public. Speaking at the event, Emmanuelking emphasised the crucial role of synergy in fostering effective policing and a safer society.
“Security is not solely the responsibility of law enforcement agencies; it is a collective duty. We must all work together to combat crime, especially emerging threats that endanger our communities,” he stated.
He commended CP Ogunlowo for his professionalism, dedication, and commitment to upholding law and order.
“I have no doubt in CP Ogunlowo’s ability to make a significant impact in Ogun State. His track record speaks for itself, and I assure him of my full support in achieving a crime-free society,” Aare Emmanuelking added.
In his remarks, CP Ogunlowo expressed profound gratitude for the warm reception and reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening community-driven policing strategies.
“Community engagement is the cornerstone of effective policing. My administration will prioritize collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure the safety and security of lives and property across Ogun State,” he assured.
