Romilola Adebowale
Romilola Adebowale may still be in primary school, she, however, already has an idea of a society where the privileged assists the underprivileged.
This is definitely why her debut story, The Adventurous Prince, dwells on the theme of service and love for the underprivileged.
The book highlights how a prince, Adesola, goes to another village and lives among the people, and in the process, is able to understand the problems facing the people, which he later helps to solve.
Speaking on how she came about the idea for her book, Romilola said her teachers in school, as well as her parents encourage her to read and write, and it was through that she developed the idea for writing.
“However, I decided to publish my story after a friend of mine, during her birthday celebration, also published a book. Then I thought I could publish my story as well, and that was how An Adventurous Prince came to be,” Romilola said.
