RevolutionPlus Property, a leading real estate company, recently celebrated its ninth anniversary and the birthday of its GMD/CEO, Dr Bamidele Onalaja, on Monday, May 22. The event, held in Lagos, was attended by staff members, clients and stakeholders of the company.
In his speech at the event, Dr Onalaja highlighted the core values of RevolutionPlus property which are integrity, trust, and timely delivery. He also thanked the staff members, clients, and stakeholders of the company for their support over the years and reiterated the company’s commitment to providing affordable housing for Nigerians.
He said, “As the company enters its tenth year next week, we plan to unveil the new phase of RevolutionPlus property. We plan to build more low cost houses in fulfilling our mandate of helping Nigerians who never thought they would ever own a home. We plan to sell affordable lands with good payment plans to assist in bridging the housing deficit in Nigeria. Affordable housing still remains our mantra and we will keep striving to outdo our past and keep maneuvering the enormous challenges associated with delivering affordable housing in Nigeria.
We pride ourself as one of the foremost real estate companies that has made land and home ownership accessible to the ordinary Nigerians as a private organisation. We also intend to continue support through our foundation by providing succour for the underprivileged via healthcare interventions, educational and vocational support, among others”.
Founded in May 2014 by Dr Bamidele and his wife, Tolulope Onalaja with the aim of providing affordable housing for Nigerians and bridging the housing deficit in the country, the company has grown to become a household name in the real estate sector in Nigeria, with over 44 estates across the country and eight mega housing projects.
The event was a celebration of the impacts RevolutionPlus property has made in the real estate sector in Nigeria and a testament to the company’s dedication to its core values.
