The 8th Day Fidau prayers in honour of the late Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Senator Lekan Balogun, have been scheduled for Friday at Mapo Hall, Ibadan.
This information was conveyed by Oladele Ogunsola, the Personal Assistant, Media to the late monarch, during a telephone conversation.

Ogunsola further mentioned that the Fidau prayers were organized by the immediate families of the late Olubadan as a final tribute to his memory.
According to him, “the 8th Day Fidau prayers in honour of the late Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Lekan Balogun will hold on Friday at Mapo Hall Ibadan at 10am.”
Dignitaries from all walks of life are expected to be in attendance.
