6 steps to obtaining affidavit online in Abuja

  1. The first step is to visit the website, “ExpressAffidavit-FCT”
  2. If you don’t have an existing account, create an account by providing the following details: 
  1. Your nickname
  2. Password

iii. Confirmation of password

  1. You’ll then be directed to another page that requires you to fill in your surname, first name, middle name, gender, marital status, religion, address, date of birth, email (this segment is optional), and ‘update passport.’
  2. The next page you’ll be directed to requires you to select a location, provide your personal details, and request an affidavit 
  3.  Depending on the affidavit that you request, you’ll see the submission details and the latest information about the affidavit on the page.
  4.  You’ll find the pricing details of the type of affidavit you are going for which includes: affidavit cost, VAT, and payment transaction fee; and options to either proceed with the payment or close it.
