Adeyoye, while speaking, assured Lagosians of the state government’s commitment and sincerity of purpose in ensuring that the project which had been in the pipeline for over 30years was completed to further ease gridlock in the state.

Adeyoye, while responding to questions, said the state government was going to ensure transparency in picking the company that would eventually handle the project, from among those who had shown interest, and thereby secure the confidence of all stakeholders for the realisation of the long-awaited dream to have the proposed 4th Mainland Bridge finally in place.

According to her, all those who bidded “will be given a level-playing ground,” declaring: “Above all, Nigeria would win.”

She assured that the rest of the processes would not take long to complete before the lucky construction company to undertake their project would be known.
