Annie Macaulay, the estranged wife of Nigerian music icon 2Baba Idibia, has dismissed speculation about her health with a new video.

The video, posted on her verified Instagram account on Monday, was her first since her public fallout with 2Baba. In it, the actress showcased her physique, putting to rest rumours about her health.

She was captured gracefully descending a staircase and striking a pose in an elegant outfit, exuding confidence and style.

The post, which has drawn comments from top celebrities such as Davido, Mr May D, and Iyabo Ojo, served to counter reports alleging that she was battling a severe leg injury.

This comes just days after she signed off an Instagram post with her full name, Annie Uwana Macaulay, omitting ‘Idibia.’

The post, her first in nearly two months following the public confirmation of her split from 2Baba, expressed appreciation to her supporters while notably signing off as Annie Uwana Macaulay.

She wrote, “To My family, to my friends who came through for me, the support system i have now, all my amazing family HERE and all over the world. God Bless you for the out pouring of love. I appreciate every single one of you and I do not take any of it for granted, may the universe continue to be in your favor. God Bless You All. Lots of LOVE. Annie Uwana Macaulay.”
