21 ships carrying various products expected at Lagos ports

THE Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says it is expecting 21 ships to bring petroleum products, foods and other goods from April 29 to May 4 at Apapa and Tin Can Island Ports.

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) made this known in its daily publication ‘Shipping Position’ issued in Lagos on Monday.

The document showed that six of the 21 ships expected would sail in with petrol.

According to NPA, 15 other ships would come in with bulk sugar, general cargo, bulk gypsum, bulk malt, buckwheat, frozen fish, bulk salt and containers carrying different goods.

It noted that seven ships had arrived the ports waiting to berth with containers and petrol.
