2027: Tinubu’s reelection is inevitable — Kalu Orji

Former Abia State Governor and Senator, Orji Uzor Kalu, has declared that President Bola Tinubu will win his reelection in 2027.

Speaking with journalists at the National Assembly on Tuesday, Kalu dismissed any doubts about Tinubu’s chances, insisting that the president’s victory was certain.

“Yes, Asiwaju will win in 2027.”” he stated confidently.

Kalu, a staunch supporter of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), urged Nigerians to remain patient with the administration’s reforms, assuring that they would yield positive results in due time.

“Many Nigerian presidents who have not performed well have still won a second term.
“We are appealing to the Nigerian people to be patient with the reform process. We are not looking for another presidential candidate outside of our party; we are fully aligned with democratic principles and supporting the sitting president,” he added.

Dressed in a burgundy-colored outfit instead of his usual all-white attire, Kalu explained that the choice of color symbolised continuity.

“This is continuity; it means Asiwaju, continue!” he declared.

He reiterated his full support for Tinubu, emphasising that the APC was not considering any alternative candidate for the next election.

“The good news is that we will win again in 2027. The president will return, and Nigerians will celebrate with us, That is inevitable.” Kalu concluded.
