Speaking with journalists in Ilorin at the weekend, the group, led by Mr Bashir Bolarinwa, also prayed for quick and timely resolution of security challenges facing the country, promising to lend necessary support at a time like this.
Bolarinwa, who described the just birthed splinter group of the party; the Reformed APC as dead on arrival, said, “we can only wish the contraption “RAPC”, RIP (rest in peace). For the umpteenth time, we wish to assure President Buhari that patriotic citizens are with him and we are offering unalloyed support to confront some of the challenges facing the country right now.
“We therefore call on the national leadership of the party to stop every dealing with those whose allegiance is doubtful in the state.
