2019: GNI gets Ogun indigenes in diaspora’s support

A section of Ogun State indigenes under the aegis of Gboyega Nasir Isiaka (GNI), Solidarity Movement, USA and Canada Chapter, have drummed up support for Gboyega Nasir Isiaka, in his quest to become the governor of Ogun State in 2019.

According to a statement jointly signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the group, Kayode Abegunde and Boladale Alli, “Having reviewed the activities of GNI which are geared towards improving the standard of living of Ogun State indegenes in the past years, We strongly believe Ogun State will rise and shine again under the leardership of Mr. Gboyega Nasir Isiaka.

“It is on this note, on behalf of the group, that we therefore, give our total support and endorsement to him, We, however, encourage other indigenes of Ogun State to give maximum support to him by ensuring  that he comes atop in the governorship election next year”.

The Director of Operations of the group, Segun Gbayi, in a telephone interview with SaturdayTribune, noted that he has no doubt about the fact that the people of Ogun State will be doing themselves a great favour by giving GNI the mandate to administer government in the state as all the contents in his blueprint are people-oriented.
