A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress APC, in Anambra state, Engr Johnbosco Onunkwo has declared that the performances of President Mohammadu Buhari since he took the oath of office in May 29,2015, will earn him a second time in office come 2019 without any hindrance.

The former November 18, 2017, Anambra state governorship aspirant under the APC platform, stated this during a leadership sensitisation worship organised by Center For Strategic Leadership and Youth Orientation (CENSTLEYO), and the official recognition of the body nominated board of trustees, patrons and consultants in Nnewi, Anambra state, over the weekend.

According to him, he said with all sense of sincerity, the constitution allows him to run for the second term in office. Buhari, as the citizen of Nigeria, has a constitutional mandate to rule for eight years, and with the intention to run in 2019, I can confidently tell you that the majority of Nigerians, about 85 percent, will be very happy to vote for him and the APC, especially the Igbos who are waiting for their turn come 2023.

He said in my own capacity, I am already mobilising for his re-election in my Aguata federal constituency of Anambra State.

Is quite unfortunate that what most people criticise Mr President, have failed to understand the fact that Buhari’s eight years in office won’t be enough to solve the entire problems of the country, implanted by the past PDP led-government

Imagine how Buhari’s administration is working tirelessly to boost power generation and distribution in the country, the N-Power project, reformation of oil and gas sector, the ongoing construction of the second Niger bridge, Onitsha-Enugu expressway, Lagos- Ibadan expressway and the corrupt-free and transparency in the ongoing recruitment exercises in the Nigeria Police, military and other sisters agencies across the country.

This should have been done in the past, but was not done for a major oil and gas producing country like Nigeria that has a population of over 180 million people.

Some of the things Buhari is trying to achieve such as railway to connect the six geopolitical zones, reviving of our seaports, diversification, modular refineries, should have been achieved in the past 58years that we got Independence.

The administration is focused, determined and making a great impact on the lives of Nigerians. Buhari is working and recording remarkable achievements, he added.

On the formation of a faction of the ruling, All Progressive Congress APC, known as Reformed All Progressive Party R-APC, headed by Engr. Buba Galadima, as the National Chairman, Onunkwo, said with the current NWC of the party, under the leadership of the former Edo State governor, Comrade Adams Oshomohole, all the aggrieved party members across the States been listed by rAPC, will be address before August, were the 2019 elections activities will begins and that the action will not stop Buhari from emerging the winner of the February 16, 2019, President election.

On the persistent killing by the dreaded Fulani herdsmen in the north-central States of Benue, Plateau, Taraba and Nassarawa, the party chieftain, said we should all know that a man killing a fellow man is a sin before God.

The senseless killings must stop, people should always sit down and discuss the issue, killings of innocent souls will not provide solutions, and that anyone blaming Buhari for the herdsmen and farmers clashes is mischievous, because this killing has started from the days of PDP Government.

Buhari has brought discipline, accountability and transparency to governance in Nigeria. Buhari has ensured that no more free money and public funds to loot, corruption has reduced drastically.

With all these in place, the economy is now flourishing, a lot of recruitment is ongoing for the teaming unemployed youths across the country.

He however, commended the leaders of the APC in Anambra State, the State exco, urging them to do everything possible to reposition the party for victory in 2019.

Now that INEC has released the timetable for the 2019 general elections, the Anambra APC should start adequate preparations to take over from APGA.

On his speech, the initiator of the workshop, Mr. Felix Imah, who address the 180 participants at the event, said the NGO, was structured to offer integral human developments of the youths in all aspects, capacity building, re-orientation and re-education which can aid them in proper sustainable empowerment after necessary training.

He added that the overall vision of CENSTLEYO is the ultimate transformation of the society through the integral development of the youths who are the renewable energy of the society at large.

He however, said the CENSTLEYO through regular trainings will equip them with good moral values, positive human qualities and healthy lifestyle.
