The duo expressed their confidence in separate interviews with Sunday Tribune at Oke-Ado Baptist Secondary School, Ibadan, during a visit of the party leaders in the state led by a former governor of Oyo State, Senator Rashidi Ladoja, to the PDP office in Ibadan South-West Local Government.
Adeseun reminded the electorate on the importance of their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).
“We are very confident.Everybody in Nigeria can now see that despite the fact that we have issues in the past, our performance was outstanding, and far better than the All Progressives Congress (APC’s).

“We are confident that Nigerians have seen the light and are ready thread the path of wisdom, which is to vote PDP come 2019 at all levels”.
In his own comment, Babalola, said: “By God’s grace, we are ready not only to take power at the state level, but even at the national level. This has been proved by the people of Oyo State by rejecting APC during the last local government.
“The turnout was very poor and the people that did not come out were for PDP and they are more. So, there is no doubt about the fact that PDP is coming back fully to take power in 2019.”
