2018: Beware of doomsday prophecies —Prophet Abiara

Published by

Prophet (Dr) S.K. Abiara of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Worldwide has called on Nigerians not to pay any attention to prophecies of doom as the future of the country is bright.

He stated this in his New Year message delivered at CAC, Agbala Itura, Oke-Ado, Agege, Lagos State, made available to TribuneChurch.

“2018 is a year of peace, progress, prosperity, protection, victory, happiness and joy. It is a year the Lord has made for you to achieve something tangible. God will give you rest of mind in all areas, if only you obey and follow His instructions.

“2018 will be a terrible year for all the wicked people; a year that all evil people will be exposed and punished, if they refuse to repent,” he stated.

He called on people to work hard in the new year, stating that “You have to set goals and work hard to achieve them. Hard work does not kill. The word of God does not support laziness. So you must find something positive to do this year.”

Speaking on prophecies of doom, he warned: “Do not listen to prophecies of doom in 2018. This year will end well. The future of Nigeria is bright and good. Be a good citizen. Play a positive role to bring about the much needed change in the nation. God is equally interested in Nigeria. Keep praying for Nigeria and its leaders and God will make things change for the better.”
