Prophet (Dr) Emmanuel E. Nwazuo of Revolution Fire Christian Ministry, Ojodu, Lagos State, shares his 2017 prophecies with TribuneChurch. Excerpts:
The polity
I see the unfolding of a one-state party, one-state religion and forceful conversion of people and property through legislative laws. Emir of Kano should be very careful as I see him having issues with the government of the day. I see the Biafra dream resonating with more regions clamouring for self-determination. I see the present government boxed into confusion owing to party decimation and internal implosion.
The Lord says that beginning from 2017, there shall be sustained programmes to completely silence every voice of opposition, suppression of individual wills and opinions and a careful plan to force every one towards one direction in the political landscape of Nigeria. I see cabinet reshuffle coming with many political jobbers crying foul over their exclusions. Beginning from 2017 the main hidden agenda shall begin to unfold but the Lord who rules over the affairs of men shall intervene.
The vice president must pray for direction. I see many of the corrupt politicians who rushed into the APC to evade prosecution being hunted and prosecuted with many running for cover. I see another person being made the minister of power. I see an important prisoner of this government being rumoured “poisoned to death” but this will lead to unintended chain reactions with international community interference. I see labour unions going on strike because of economic hardship but their peaceful demonstrations may turn bloody. I see a major telecommunication company relocating its headquarters from Nigeria citing high cost of doing business in Nigeria and this will not go well with the government and people of Nigeria. Thus saith the Lord to President Muhammadu Buhari: Be impartial in your dealings with all the citizens or you will lose your authority and place in history.
Alhaji Atiku Abubakar should be very careful so that his name will not be mentioned as a sponsor plotting to overthrow a government of a country. I see Boko Haram resurfacing with vigour leading to the military losing more officers but the military will win the war. I see fuel scarcity resurfacing with long queues and protests. In the political arena, I see 2017 as a year of humiliation of the high, mighty and the rich who have questionable means of income. I see a shake-up such as never before in the armed forces. I see states of emergency hanging over three states that have sworn never to bow for the powers that be. Unless there is divine intervention, there may be no united place as Nigeria in the next three years.
Religion
I see fraudulent pastors being exposed and humiliated. Thus saith the Lord: Some pastors have disappointed me; I will shake the churches and set my people free from empire thieves that have sold their birthright and soul for the bread and honey of the god of this world. Thus saith the Lord: I will expose seven fake men of God from Port Harcourt, Lagos, Benin and Abuja. Let us pray for Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), especially as it relates to leadership and I see so many churches and ministries evolving through it.
Economy
I see banks folding up and unable to give funds to their customers; job losses shall be unprecedented. Alhaji Aliko Dangote should pray not to lose his investments in so many countries and he should do something now to avoid problems with the current administration.
International matters
Thus saith the Lord God: President Donald Trump is my instrument to fight injustice, wickedness and bloodshed in the highest order on earth but he may be cut short; I brought him as an answer to the cries of the blood of the innocent that have been crying for vengeance; I brought him because America has forsaken me and misled the world.
Counsel to those in power
No matter your party affiliation, let’s stop playing politics with people’s lives. Your own judgment will come one day.
Prayers for Nigeria
May God deliver Nigeria from the hands of wicked and heartless politicians. May God rescue Nigeria from destruction. May God take over and heal Nigeria. May God restore peace and prosperity to Nigeria. May God direct our leaders to lead us well. May God raise helpers for this nation.
