2. Legendary actor, poet, and folk singer Jimi Solanke died at 81, after a lifetime of captivating audiences with his voice and storytelling prowess.
3. Veteran actress Ethel Ekpe, known for her iconic role as ‘Segi’ in the popular TV series “Basi and Company”, succumbed to cancer in Lagos at 61.
4. Sisi Quadri, a talented actor, departed at the young age of 44.
5. Mr. Ibu, a beloved comedian and actor, passed away at 62, leaving behind a legacy of laughter and memorable performances.
6. Amaechi Muonagor, a veteran actor, died at 61 after battling kidney disease.
7. Music legend Onyeka Onwenu passed away at 72, leaving behind a legacy of timeless music and advocacy.
8. Junior Pope Odonwodo, a talented actor, died in a boat accident while filming.
9. Aderounmu Aderonke Adejumoke, a promising actress, passed away at 40.
10. Sule Suebebe, a veteran Yoruba actor, died at 68 after a prolonged illness.
