Robbers kill journalist, policeman in Ondo

Some armed men, on Tuesday, invaded a bank in Ilara-Mokin, in Ifedore Local Government Area of Ondo State, killing three people including a journalist and a policeman.

It was gathered that the victims rammed into the armed men who opened fire on them, killing them instantly.

The details of the robbery are sketchy as at the time of filing this report but a source at the scene of the incident confirmed that three people were shot dead.

The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Tee Leo Ikoro, who confirmed the incident said three people were killed during the robbery.

He, however, promised to release further details of the incident.
