Published by

I am currently visiting the Gym in order to develop some shoulder muscles. I was therefore advised to be eating a lot of eggs to increase my muscle mass. Kindly advise me on this.

Yes, the consumption of eggs particularly, boiled eggs have been confirmed to be a very effective way to add muscle mass. However, what is still not very clear is the number of eggs to be consumed on a daily basis. While some fitness experts claim that an average of six eggs should be consumed on a daily basis, others consider two eggs as adequate.

However, factors such as one’s cholesterol level, economic abilities as well as absence of history of allergy to eggs will greatly determine how much eggs should be consumed.
