Bananas for breakfast

Eating banana on an empty stomach is not necessarily harmful but it will affect your body in a different way depending on various circumstances.Having a banana, you get carbohydrates, potassium, fibers, and other nutrients. It is absolutely fine to have it in the morning as part of breakfast for most people. However, having only one banana does not give enough feeling of fullness, especially when one needs something more substantial in the morning.Sometimes, there’s bloating and digestive problems after having bananas because of existing sensitivities.So if you enjoy having bananas in the morning, you don’t have to give up. Just stop having too many expectations from one banana.And if bananas cause you some symptoms, such as stomach pain, bloating, or other ones, you should consult your physician.
